How long is the pop-up shop open?

The pop-up shop will be open from Tuesday December 27, 2022 at 5:00PM PST.

How do I pay?

Each employee has a $125 gift card to use on new merchandise. If you spend more than $125, you will need to pay the remaining balance of your order with a credit card.

What is my gift card number?

Each employee is assigned a unique gift card number. Please use your employee number as your gift card number, be sure to include all zeros.

How do I place an order?

When you are ready to check out, you will be required to register and create an account. This is so you can redeem your gift card as well as view your order history. If you ordered something in last year's pop-up shop, use the account that you have already created. Once you are registered, you may proceed with checking out your items. When you get to the billing section, make sure to select "Pay with Gift Card" to redeem your $125 gift card. Enter in your employee number as the gift card number. If your purchase is less than the $125 gift card, you can proceed with placing your order. If your purchase is more than the available amount on your gift card, you will need to enter your credit card number for the remaining balance before proceeding with placing your order.

How do I receive my order?

During check out, select one of the office locations for your order to be delivered to. This is the office you will pick your order up from when it is ready.

What happens after I place my order?

All orders will be collected before placing a bulk or with the factory. Once the pop-up shop closes, we will collect all of the data, produce the items and ship your order in bulk to the location you chose.

How will I know if my order was placed?

You will receive an order confirmation with all of your order details from the USNR Employee Store customer service email address.

When will my order arrive?

Orders typically are received 4 to 5 weeks after the pop-up shop closes.

What if my shirt doesn't fit, can I return it?

Unfortunately, no. These shirts are made to order so please check the sizing guide for the item before placing your order.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Email USNREmployeeStore@imagesourceteam.com to determine if your items have already been ordered or if you may makes some changes.
